Digital Downloads
All products available on our site are digital downloads. Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your PDF crochet design.
Delivery Process
Immediate Access: Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing the download link. This process is usually instant, but please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.
Email Issues: If you do not receive the download link within a few minutes of your purchase, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If the email is still not found, contact us at lisa@lisascrochetdesignz.co.nz and we will assist you promptly.
No Shipping Costs: Since all products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping costs associated with your purchase.

Refund policy
Digital Products
All our products are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been downloaded. We encourage our customers to read the description thoroughly and ask questions before purchasing to ensure the product meets your needs. If you experience any issues with your download or have any concerns, please contact us at lisa@lisascrochetdesignz.co.nz.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital items, sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
