16 (18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32) inches.
41 [46, 51, 56, 61, 66, 71, 76, 81] cm.
HAT:
APPROXIMATE AGE: Prem – (8-10) years.
12 (13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20) inches.
31 [33, 36, 38, 41, 43, 46, 48, 51] cm.
BOOTIES SOLE SIZE:
Newborn: 3” [8 cm] use 3.00mm hook.
0 – 3 Months: 3 ½” [9 cm] use 3.50mm hook.
3 – 6 Months: 4" [10 cm] use 4.00mm hook.
6 – 12 Months: 4 ½” [11 cm] use 4.50mm hook.
(Size altered by hook size).
4 (6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 19) x 50g Balls for set.
GAUGE: 4” / 10cm = 18 stitches and 10.5 rows over dc using 4.00mm Hook.
