All products available on our site are digital downloads. Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your PDF crochet design.
Delivery Process
Immediate Access: Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing the download link. This process is usually instant, but please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.

No Shipping Costs: Since all products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping costs associated with your purchase.

All our products are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been downloaded. Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital items, sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
